Warranty information

Cleveland Vibrator Company and VibeStrength LLC warrants its products to the original purchaser to be free of manufacturer defects for the time stated below under the following conditions:

• The warranty begins from the date of purchase from an authorized VibeStrength dealer.
• The warranty is only available within the USA.
• In order for the warranty to be valued, the product must be registered with Cleveland Vibrator Company and VibeStrength LLC within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The warranty is non-transferrable.
• The warranty applies to residential and commercial use with a maximum of 3 hrs per day.
• Cleveland Vibrator Company and VibeStrength LLC do not cover damage resulting from misuse, service performed by an unauthorized service provider, power surges, water damage, improper repairs, alterations, and normal wear and tear.
•  If the VibeStrength exhibits a defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective unit with no cost for the parts to the customer.  Shipping and handling charges may apply.  Cleveland Vibrator Company and VibeStrength LLC have the right to request photographic evidence of any damaged parts prior to replacement and may request that defective parts are returned at the owner’s expense.
• Proof of purchase and product registration including a completed warranty card will be required for all warranty claims.
• The warranty will be null and void if the serial number on the product is altered or removed.
• This warranty supersedes any warranties expressed or implied at the time of purchase.  Cleveland Vibrator Company and VibeStrength LLC will under no circumstances by liable by virtue of this warranty for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any indirect, incidental, secondary or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use Cleveland Vibrator Company or VibeStrength LLC products.
• The labor performed under warranty will be performed at an authorized VibeStrength dealer. It is the sole responsibility of the owner of the VibeStrength product to transport any product in need of service to an authorized VibeStrength dealer.
• The Cleveland Vibrator Company hereby warrants that the anti-slip coating will retain its superior slip-prevention capability as determined by the coefficient of friction measurements for a period of five (5) years from the date of invoice.*

Limited residential warranty: 1 years parts, 1 year labor

Limited commercial warranty: 1 year parts, 90-day labor

This item only carries the warranty the supplier has conveyed to The Cleveland Vibrator Company.
